FMM TALLINN CONFERENCE GOES HYBRID
Navigating the post-COVID hospitality environment requires adaptability, flexibility, and innovation.
We are planning for a hybrid event – with the addition of a number of digital components to the traditional live event in order to offer the participants and exhibitors additional benefits in this new context.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect travel and major gatherings, we recognize that staying connected is more important than ever for speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, attendees and numerous partners. The decision to move forward with a hybrid event offers a safe and innovative solution to access outstanding the program and networking opportunities. We will share further updates as they become available. We welcome you to Tallinn in a new virtual setting.
A HYBRID EVENT
The conference will take place at the physical venue at Swissôtel in Tallinn and within a virtual venue platform as well. Part of the program- some presentations and paneldiscusssions will be broadcasted live from our studio at Swissôtel. Event components that participants would traditionally experience in-person will be presented virtually as well. Exhibitors will showcase information and interact with participants at virtual booths through video/text chats and relevant links/resources. Participants will network in virtual lounges, 1:1 video meetings, chat rooms and in other virtual gathering areas as well.
